Switch between left click skills -help

Hi all,
Why I must hold F-# key in order to change between left click skills?

for example: with a paladin to change between normal attack and smite, i must hold f1/f2, is there a manner to do that easier?

Remap your keys to whatever key you wish to use, and turn on Quick Cast in the settings menu. Then you only have to press the key you want for the skill you wish to use (assuming you have it bound to one of your hotkeys).

The option was turned on, I disable it and now is working as I expected.
