I believe that in the next patches, that an improvement upon the Amazon Class attack rating for Bow and Crossbow, may be beneficial towards gameplay and enjoyment.
For reference, my Amazon currently has a near max attack rating capacity, with limited room for improvement, and has roughly 15,000 Attack Rating.
I am noticing that my Bow struggles versus elite monsters, and that without amplify, I can rarely pierce or defeat an Uber Diablo Clone.
From my personal opinion, I am not a big fan of Attack Rating in Diablo II Resurrection, because a Sorceress Class rarely struggles hitting a minion/demon/target.
From a general gameplay opinion, I think that there should be more balances with attack rating (possibly accomplished through increasing the dexterity value to attack rating value).
