There’s a new ladder runeword for 5-socket bows. Don’t know if they’ll make it available to non-ladder once the ladder is over, but if so then Larzuk it for 5os and save it for Mist:

As far as I know, the rw are ladder only
They most likely will be ladder only but once ladder ends they will move to non ladder. So 4-7 months and this base will be sweet.
I have grand mat bow with +3 bow skills, is it worth rolling to see if it gets 4 sockets?

Ladder only RWs imply that you can’t make it in non-ladder play.
So, you need to make it before the ladder ends… once the season/ladder is over, then it will carry over to non-ladder inventory/equipped items only on the characters who’s season/ladder ended
In the llamasc cast with Bliz Developers, the Devs explicitly said that once the first ladder season ends, existing new ladder runewords will migrate to non ladder and the new runewords can be made in non ladder as well as single player.
