Suggestion: Slightly increase rune drop from hellforge

Suggestion: Slightly increase rune drop from Hellforge quest with patch 2.4, especially for normal and nightmare.
Rationale: Rushing will always be a thing in Diablo 2.
With the proposed patch 2.4 changes to require breaking the compelling orb in act 3, rushes will take a bit longer than they do today.
Since it is not uncommon to offer hellforge in exchange for a rush, this would offer a slightly higher reward in exchange for the increased time commitment of the rusher.

This could be done by either increasing the maximum rune that can drop, or by changing the probabilities of given runes to drop from the hellforge. Now I’m not saying like Ber or Jah should be able to drop from the quest, just a slight increase from what we have today.

Yeah it’d be nice to up the normal reward up to Shael.

As for nightmare and hell… i’m not sure what will this achieve.

On nightmare it is quite often nice to get an Io or a Hel or a Sol or a Shael, because those are useful runes for early runewords. So min. rune shouldn’t be changed. Perhaps increasing max rune on NM to Mal is fine? But it will just devalue the Mal (and Ist)

If you buff Hell, it will seriously change the value of those runes. If you change “Hel to Gul” into “Fal to Vex”, all the runes up to Ohm or maybe even Lo will plummet in price.
