You dont really know what you talk about. First of all several stremers had info about these runewords, in fact mutliple streamers were picked to have only one of them to simply help to hype it. They didnt have any access to testing, they just had screenshot of new runeword. They didnt even know range of stats on them.
Ok so? Anyone could do that. You could just use hero editor and simply recreate the runeword offline.
Only clown here is you with your statements making no sense. You are just another guy crying over streamers thinking they have some advantage over you. They dont. No to mention that you can start stream yourself and build up community supporting you. Go for it instead of complaining/crying.

Streamers are free publicity for Blizzard. Sometimes they get previews of what is to come.
I’m sure MrLlama was bursting at the seams to spill the beans to the community about D2:R even being a reality before the official game announcement in February of 2021.
