What are people looking for on Ormus, I found a 15/14/13 +3 to enchant. What skills if there are any inparticular people are looking for?
Ormus Robes used to be a great sorc armor, depending on the skill rolled and bonus to elements. Sadly, like most unique armors, Ormus Robes has been largely sidelined since the introduction of the 1.10 runewords.
Rolling enchant is good if you want to run a supporting enchantress build with a group though.

Usually a 15/Lightning or 15/Blizzard is the most desired.
15/enchant is also desired.

Sure, if youre into that sort of thing 
+3 Energy shield to prebuff is also used, but not overly desired.
