As for terror zones they are heavily lacklustre and having keys for them doesn’t solve the underlying problem
Terror zones need to gain a player agency feature. By that I mean that players clearing them should have an impact on the tzone spawning

each hour a new tzone is selected

each time players full clear x# of tzone, terror spreads to a new zone
So the number of tzone up at the same time would be minimum 1 and maximum “infinite”
