And it looks awful looooool
That design is literally inspired and copied from Path of Exile lol.
How so?
This is mentioned in the thread which is linked at the top of the post.
I’d imagined so. I didn’t visit because Reddit has a hard time loading on my work laptops due to immense traffic. Yay for ancient internet connections.
That actually looks really cool
I like this idea

The only real issue with this mockup is the item in the middle and the potions. Most players will not be doing extensive crafting on a single item so it seems unnecessary.
Moving on, to ensure that inventory management is still a skill, perhaps items can only stack in this one area of a player’s chest so they must deposit items from their inventory.
This I’m 1000% ok with. They should stack in the chest only. That makes 10x more sense as a QOL. How the hell did no one think of this 6 months ago lol. This is a good medium.
Something something muling is a core part of Diablo 2 etc…
Don’t ask. I’m not in that camp. Pro-Looting mantra all the way, which includes optimizing ability to hold loot.
This would honestly be pretty nice, even if it took over one of the new shared stash tabs. I realize that it’s very PoE-like, but I’m a pack rat and would appreciate this type of stash tab lol.
Not quite 6 months ago but… pretty close
Haha good ideas man, the community should push for this idea more (hopefully for launch).
What would be nice with this is allowing your horadric cube to be inserted into a slot and have it where if you have say as an example, 3 of rune 10 whatever that might be and need a rune 11 whichever that is, but don’t have any rune 11, have it automatically craft it for you if you click on it.
How dare you, this is treason!
That suggestion seems to teeter a bit too much on the edge of easy of access/quality of life, and changing core mechanics. Adding that would also create situations where players would accidentally craft things they were not intending to.
Easy enough to add an option to turn quick craft off, or just not insert the cube into the designated area.
There’s a nice mockup of a simple loot filter on jsp, even though people may hate that site, there are a lot of legitimate users there and people with great QoL ideas for D2.
