Talking about original game, those players should have quit D2R for good when sunder charms were introduced. There is always room for the improvement of this game,
Only problem is that whether Blizzard is willing to deploy their devs to make those changes. Again, they need a lucrative incentive to do it.
No one should care about bots, because this isn’t an economic simulator. In fact, I’ll make an argument that bots help the economy. They make things more affordable for the every man player. Only the Jeff Bezos of D2 is negatively impacted. They can’t horde wealth.
If they’re inevitable, that makes bot based decisions not idiotic.
I never use any bots since 1.09, but you have got a point that bot merchants do thrive the game economy and make the staples or super rare items more accessible to others. They are main driving force of the sales too, because they constantly get banned by the company and re-purchase the keys.
Those who claimed they are the most loyal players, not sure how much money did they spend on supporting this game. Maybe they just buy one game and play it free forever until the servers shut down.
Slowing them down in getting SoJs is useless. The massive influx of items in ladder is inevitable, a friend told me some bot merchants they can run up to 100 - 200 bots, 24/7 in their studio, you think you can stop them??? You only can choose to live with them other than get rid all of them.
yeah but imagine how much that would price high anni’s out of the market- 20-20-x anni costing 500 jah runes lmao
Really doubt it would reach that point
But even if so
With simplified rune upgrade/downgrade
Rune value is more stable and a more logical based on the hierarchy
