I know Larzuk will hit me up with 4 I just don’t have one available currently.
If I use the socket recipe and it puts 3 sockets in it, can I use the recipe again to try for 4?
Or once it has 3 sockets is it locked into it forever?
No, it’s a one shot one result type of deal with the recipe.
So basically get larzuk then to guarantee my 4.

Yeah only Larzuk gives a guranteed 4 OS. Socketrecipe can give you 1-5.
Socket recipe always rolls 1-6, but it can’t give more sockets than are allowed on the weapon. A colossus voulge can only have 4 sockets, so if the cube recipe rolls 5 or 6 the CV will still only get 4.
Larzuk always gives the max sockets allowed. So, for CV, 100% chance to get 4 with Larzuk. 50% chance to get 4 with the cube recipe (a roll of 4, 5, or 6).
