Can anyone tell me if Gnarled Staff 4-socketed with +2 fire mastery, +3 blizzard, +1 Teleport (all sorc only) would pass over onto Heart of the Oak? This is a normal socketed weapon not magic. Worth anything?

Yes, it will. The only thing you get compared with HotO+Spirit is +1 blizzard though.
