Hi guys, whats the lowest act in NM that 4 OS exceptional quality (ivl 30 or higher I think?) can start dropping? I read I can get 4 OS running normal cows, but will exceptional versions also drop there?

Exceptional starts to drop @ a4 normal, tho it’s very uncommon to drop.
For 4os weapons ilvl26 or higher is requiered. It depends which weapon you want to have 4os on tho. Some axes already can give you 5os on that ilvl.
Normal cows are lvl 28 and can also drop exceptional items. I don’t know what youre lookin for, but polearms will always have 4os if their ilvl is 26-40, and already at the end of A1 NM items gonna start to have a higher ilvl.

Itemlevel equals arealevel, you have to keep in mind that champs and unique monster have +2 and +3.

I really appreciate it as I know so often the answers just need some effort and research 
. I did research before posting, Im running a single player SSF for the first time in as long as I can remember, and its really fun having to start from scratch all over without the luxuries of existing high level to farm and share and no trading!
