Socket Recipe for Cube

I still say Sol+P. Emerald+Rare Jewel should add sockets exactly as the Larzuk quest does. Would save people a lot of time and a lot of server space not having all these new characters being rushed for the sake of a Socket quest.

So… to socket any item, unique, set, ect, all it will cost is a Sol and a P Emerald?

Nah, leave Larzuk as is… If we add a socket all cube recipe, especially one that cheap, Larzuk quest would become worthless.

Saving time? Any good game is about wasting time, my friend. :stuck_out_tongue:

I do wish we could socket Gloves. Especially now that Thanos taught us that the right glove can have up to 5 sockets, asking for one or 2 seems reasonable.

I agree. Socket quest is a waste of time when you need more sockets. It adds nothing to the game and all people have to do is ask for a rush

If they were to have an additional way to socket, I’d be more in favor of spending gold to socket… Perhaps Larzuk could charge a cool 2 million gold to socket after the free one? :stuck_out_tongue:

It’d make in-game gold more valuable.

I enjoy blasting thru normal for socket q… sold a couple bases that way

It’s not like a change to the cube recipe would prevent anyone from blasting through normal. Only max char slots can do that.

Agree… no point to rush for socket quest…

We have 2 options

  • new socket recipe

Or

  • hell areas have a chance to drop Larzuk’s punch

The items is a token you can bring to larzuk and he grants you extra Larzuk socket quest reward

Personally, I wish there were both more and better rewards tied to quests. I would not complain about more anti-rush efforts like the recent change to act 3.

My Bias: I am an alt-aholic and I prefer playing through the game repeatedly as opposed to farming the same zone(s) in hell over and over again.

we already have a socket recipe that just does a random number of sockets up to the max.

i would rather we get a cube recipe to remove sockets so we can try again

i’d also like a cube recipe to make any white item ethereal

You literally have to spend hours in offline mode to get additional sockets.

The disparities between online and offline alone warrant alternatives to Larzuk quest.

Being able to transfer cube through shared stash to mules would also be useful since expanding the shared stash to eliminate the need for mules is never going to be a reality based on developer feedback…
