So many ways to fix the Charm cluttering the inventory issue. But doing it while creating a sink and giving a use and prestige to a useless quest item

Everybody has heard about getting rid of the charm problem by having a specific inventory for them

But this only affects the space in your inventory

What about making charm(s) a semi-deterministic way of completing your build
All that while taking less space
Sinking unique items
And sinking runes

And by making a useless quest item into a handy artefact

Horadric scroll is now used as the vehicule for the charm mechanic

There are no more magic charms clugging your inventory

Crafting it is pretty easy, but can be costly

Each rune give the charm a specific perk, some with roll variation

Unique scrap/essence/core* are used as reagents for this process granting various degrees “bricking” odds. 40%,30% and 20% respectively

Once bricked, your Horadric scroll cannot be modified further

Transmuting a Hel rune with the Horadric Scroll erases the modifiers and make it a blank slate again
