Single Player Ladder

I would like a Single Player Ladder.

I have to log into battle.net but I can’t join or create games to play or trade with others just like offline.

But

I can run /players command.

This basically giving single player a competitive version of itself if players want it

To be fair with the current design single player catches up with ladder at the end of every season now.

What do you mean by that exactly? Sorry I misunderstand.

AFAIK ladder content gets rolled into NL/SP content at the end of every ladder season now. SO NL/SP will be the same as the ladder before the current one.

I mean I want a fresh single player ladder with a players 8 option that doesn’t interfere with the online economy.

Maybe I’m not articulating myself properly too.

Np I get it… all I’m saying is you’ll have that… you just need to wait a bit and be a ladder season behind.

I think I need to read up on how they are laying out ladder then.

I didn’t realize that there was going to be a single player ladder.

Basically everything added by the ladder season gets added into the non ladder game modes when the ladder ends. So single player, and non ladder are basically just missing out on a few runewords until this first ladder ends, then those get added in and a new ladder starts. You’ll still have all the 2.4 changes, and can use those rune words in 4 months or w/e.

Like ranked levels single player only that connects online to prevent people from cheating the system

I’m a bit confused here. Other than a short list of rune words all ladder adds is a leader board. Are you asking for a single player leader board?

Just like online ladder is going to start.

A single player only ladder

It can’t be offline or people can cheat their heroes so it would have to connect online. You can’t join/create games for others to join and therefore can’t trade either just like offline

So it’s basically an offline ladder that has to connect to battle.net to prevent cheating

Offline I can just create a lvl 99

So a ladder leaderboard for single player would be useless

I mean it’s just a little self control thing. You can cheat on any single player game. If you don’t want to, then like… don’t.

You’re missing the point… I wouldn’t cheat… but others would thus making the ladder leaderboard useless for single player.

So it would have to connect to bnet in order to preserve the integrity

To be fair the ladder board is already useless. The top 100 slots are almost always bots.

That’s fine, doesn’t make me not want ladder for SP though

So i keep seeing ppl say this all top spots are bots that is BS me and the TDZ boyz always dominate the top of the ladder and we dont cheat or bot in any way

I’m sorry. For multiple reasons lol.

If you want a trophy I can slip a pool noodle over an office light and you can pretend it’s a light saber.
