Single player ladder runewords

Now that ladder has launched, I would just like to know if the new ladder runewords are available on singleplayer if I make a singleplayer ladder character? Or will these be multiplayer ladder only? Trying to determine if I should play SP or MP and I can’t find a definitive answer online.

(I know they will be available after ladder ends)

Ladder is only online! You need to create a ladder ONLINE character.

New runewords are also available in Single Player. My Flickering Flame works as intended. Don’t created the other 6 ones.

Then what is the point in being able to create single player ladder/non ladder characters?

Will ladder runewords work for all pre-existing single player characters? Or only single player ladder characters created during the ladder season?

You cannot create a Single Player Ladder Character. You NEED to create an Online char to play Ladder.

You can create single player ladder characters. I don’t care about the actual ladder, but you still have the option in single player for hardcore, classic, and ladder. That’s my point

You cannot. If you want to select “Ladder” in Single Player, tag says Ladder can only be created for Online chars, please read the patch notes and the ingame tags.

Ok, so do ladder only 2.4 runewords currently work for existing single player characters?

Yes. You can just play with your existing SP chars, that’s why i say Ladder is pretty much useless if you don’t want to compete with no life players.

They do. I have created Wisdom and Unbending Will in single player.

Ok that’s grand thank you, just wanted to know because don’t see the point playing online if the matchmaking still isn’t working the best.
