Single player character files?

Is it possible to copy SP files from one computer to another?
I was late on the PTR thing, and can now only do SP on there.

I would love if someone could share files with a sorc lvl 70+
or even better, a few different chars and maybe random items/mules.

Do you have D2? You can make any char in hero editor and then transfer it to your saves for D2R.

I have currently only fresh hc sorc lvl 70 on hc offline, but i can send it to you also.

Sounds great. I have D2 installed, both D2 LOD from ages ago as well as D2R and the PTR install also.

Hero editor, any guides? Where can i get that?
And then instructions on how to get that to PTR folder.

Well the name of it is ā€œhero editorā€. I guess its on D2 sites somewhere for download.

I am not home but saves in D2R should be somewhere under

Users/saved games/d2r

You just copy saved with your char name on it from D2 save folder to d2r.

Ok, thanks i found my files

my single SP char consist of 5 files. There are more files, for the online chars that are now inaccesible (2 files per).

Anyone got SP files? i could use any really if lvl 40+ā€¦

I might have HC paladin and sorc and maybe barb, but equip is trash :slight_smile: i will not be home next like 8 hours tho.

D2 PTR save folder is exactly where you would expect itā€¦ in the Saved games folder.

you can import items into the save files with Hero Editor or ATMA V (google them). But only before you load the save files in D2R (these tools donā€™t work with Resurrected save files!)

Note that magic and rare items arenā€™t affixed, you have to add affixes yourself through a custom cube recipe mod or through Hero Editor (i suggest to figure it out as you go).

well it doesnt seem to matter anymore.
cant start the PTR game at all, says ā€œu havent been online for 30 daysā€¦ blablablaā€ and u have to Alt+f4 (lol)
