Hey there ! I was playing single player with my lvl 87 hammerdin. My pc shut down because of a electricity problem at my apartment and I was playing D2R with that specific character. When I log back in, my hammerding disapear and i cant play my other hero that still remain there. Can someone help me with this issue please ?

Check your save location, if it is gone you may have it in cloud save.
I have the save in my save location, but my caracter do not appear in the game. What is the next step ?
Same thing happened to me. Hopefully there’s a solution to get back the character that was being played during the crash. I also can’t get into any of my other characters unless I delete the shared stash file (which obviously deletes my shared stash)
