I forgot how socketing works with larzuk. If I have a superior thresher is there a % chance to give me 4,5,6 sockets if I use larzuk? ty in advance
You will get max so 5. I would pick eth over superior unless it’s for actual character use.
Edit: Sorry might be wrong it could be 4 OS if found in certain places in NM.

So if you use white items you will get max sockets?
on non magic items → max sockets
on magic items → 1-2 sockets
on rare, set and uniques → 1 socket

It depends on the item. Items will have ilvl’s or item levels or also known as quality levels, depending on where the item drops, norm, NM, hell, it will have a max slot amount. That’s why people want ilvl to be shown. It’s best to use items found in NM cows or hell as they generally should be max ilvl versions.
Thresher’s ilvl has it so if it drops in hell its max is 5, it can drop in NM, if so its 4OS, so you can find lower clean versions. The same can be said for other desired items. It’s best to make sure where you are finding them allows them to roll what you want. Finding in hell lowers or eliminates the odds it will be too low of a ilvl for the sockets you want.
Edit: If you don’t want max sockets and it’s a cubeable item try the socket cube recipe, it’s random but you could roll 4OS.
