For those who don’t know
Poe has an online profile for your account where you can see:
your characters
theirs stats
their level
achievements
gear
skills
progression
can be set to private
This allows third party sites to fetch that information and compile it to display builds, skill and items usage
I feel that this would be awesome in Diablo4, wether it’s by Blizzard themself or left to third party sites

This would be nice to have. But i dont think it will be needed.
Iv heard that D4 u will beable to switch classes and keep progress. Meaning u wont need to start at lvl 1 if u want to switch from say a barb to necro.
Imo this kills any replayablity. And wont need any build guides.

It heavily depends on build variety and how builds are made
Are build theorycrafted with multiple mechanics that intertwine like in Poe
Or are they provided by Blizzard like diablo 3… “wanna do X? Wear This set and that’s your build”
