General
- Capped all base monster resistances to 75 (Enchanted rares etc can still surpass 75)
- NoDrop has been reduced by about 50-66% (this means that enemies are far less likely to drop nothing)
- Increased monster density by 5% in Nightmare difficulty
- Increased monster density by 10% in Hell difficulty
- Any zone that had a monster level of at least 75 has been raised to 85 (this means basically any side area, or pretty much any area from act3 Hell onwards)
- The Countess now always drops 3 runes
- Up to Thul in Normal difficulty
- Up to Lem in Nightmare difficulty
- Up to Lo in Hell difficulty
- The rune drop rate formula has been made more linear, making higher tier runes more common than before (Zod is about 5x more likely to drop)
- Changed the name of runes to represent their tier (e.g. “9. Ort Rune”)
- Health and mana potions now all have 100% effectiveness on all classes (previously some had higher effect than others)
- Increased potion heal/mana amounts to make them more competitive with Rejuvenation potions
- Player Inventory has been increased to 10x8 Slots
- Player stash has been increased to 16x13 slots, with 7 shared tabs and one personal
- Items now display ilvl appended to their name
- Diablo Clone can now be spawned by selling either a single Stone of Jordon or Standard of Heroes
- Respec Tokens are now available at typical potion sellers for a modest price
- All ladder items are now available in single player
Cube
- All rune upgrade cube recipe’s no longer require gems
- Added new cube recipe for downgrading runes (just one rune will output a rune 1 tier lower)
- Added a new recipe for any white item which can be socketed to add sockets. Item + jewels(1-6) = item socketed (1-6) (item can still only have sockets based on their ilvl and type)
- Added a new Magic item downgrade recipe which turns it into a normal white item, Magic Item + Tir Rune = Normal Item (keeps ilvl)

- Frozen Armor - moved down to Shiver Armor’s position on the skill tree, increased freeze length, increased buff duration, given a synergy with Frostbite for 3% armour per level

- Blizzard - Improved synergy scaling from 5% to 7% and removed Ice Bolt as a synergy
