Holding the Shift key down while you charge on a paladin and hovering your mouse at the feet of your opponents has your character spam stationary charge at your targets.
This is pretty abuseable in PvP.

(notice the normal attacks in legacy, and in d2r we see the charge crushing blow animation thingy)
