PS5, offline single player.
All the shared tabs from the stash are empty (gems, runes, materials, all 5 general items tabs, gold as well).
Personal stash seems to be unaffected. Hardcore shared stash seems fine too.
Additional notes:
Had some items max at 99 stack, mostly flawless gems and some runes, gold was maxed too. No idea if relevant.
The 5 paged tabs were loaded with stuff but not full.
That’s awful. I’m starting over so I have nothing but if I lost all my runes on my prior character that would’ve been so dejecting.
Is this fixable for you? Is this the kind of thing blizzard cares about? I would hope so. Losing that progress could make someone never want to invest time in D2 again. Understandably so.
I doubt its fixable, I created a support ticked and will post update here if its somehow resolved. Mostly trying to raise awareness so they fix their issue and it doesn’t happen to others.
It is discouraging for sure, but I do enjoy fresh start so I’ll treat it as ladder reset offline, maybe give hardcore another try
