Not sure if this has happened to anyone else but this was on a PlayStation4. Started an offline game and was able to gather a few chipped jewels. Placed them all in one of the Shared Stash, along with a few Healing and Mana potions in another. Saved then closed game and console. Came back and all the items from the Shared Stash was gone.
Played further offline and placed items in Shared Stashes and then restarted game and console and it looks like the Shared Stashes return to an earlier state. Had a Rare unidentified Bardiche that was identified and then returned to the Shared Stash. Saved and restarted console after a while and the Bardiche was there but it was unidentified again.
Also one of the Shared Stashes was 3/4 filled with Mana and Healing potions and it went back to being half full after restarting. A Chipped Skull that was in one of the Shared Stashes also disappeared after restarting console.

Happened to me too on ps5, everything I put into shared tabs are gone. In my case, the items are gone for good though, no previous state whatsoever.

I wouldn’t ask for a refund on the game just yet. It’s only 2 days since the game’s release. By the way fellow D2 players, I’ve been experiencing the same exact issue. We need to report this issue from multiple perspectives. Going to do that now. In the meantime, I’m just going to pretend it’s OG D2 and LoD and use just the main stash until they fix this.

Yeah happened to me on PS5, lost Angelic Wings which is annoying. Also reported it, I guess there will be an influx of these coming in.
I’ve done a lot of MF already and the vast majority of my items has been okay, still a bit shudder worthy if you get a grail item and it goes poof.
As a last resort I deleted and redownloaded the game on the PS4. Deleted all the my saves too since I just started Act I. As a safety precaution I went back to the classic way of making multiple characters and just keeping important items in the Personal Stashes.
As a test I placed basic equipment in the Shared Stashes just to see if they’ll disappear if I turn off the console and restart after a while. Now so far items I placed were still there. But I’m still not relaxed as there’s no new patch yet.
Still cautious of Shared Stashes in the game that I move items between all the my characters’ Personal Stashes and making sure items I leave in the Shared Stashes are those I won’t miss. I made it a point not to leave any gems and skulls in the Shared Stashes. This is all as of Act III by the way.
I just wouldn’t bother with the shared stash bug until the issue with that is finally acknowledged and fixed. And besides, this takes me back to OG D2 days when I was taught how to organize and manage my inventory and stash. LOL.
Yup I am playing Offline and I put some stuff in my shared stash including a unique sword, a set shield and a bunch of rares and when I went back all were just missing OMG I surely hope for a fix on this!
