Kill shank and stay still while all the explosions hit the ground and it will crash the game, but if you leave the area where the explosions are going off it will not.
It’s either the VFX Quality or the VFX Lighting Quality, reduce either or both of those and you should be all sweet when he has the multiple projectile mod/buff on him
