Honestly, this being a ladder only thing is a joke. Furthermore, it is a big slap in the face to non ladder players.
While I agree with the spirit of what you say
It’s not like it’s a big loss
There isn’t much worth in upgrading set items, maybe 1 or 2 out off hundreds worth it

Ladder has to have a lot more incentives or else people would get lazy and play non ladder only.
