You know what I find funny, I work with servers on a daily basis for a major company and if something like this were to happen on my watch, I would get replaced. Like this is their jobs, and honestly, a server goes down on my end, people can still do their jobs. Here, everything is down. This would be an eye opener for any major company if they had these issues and it would not happen again. Whats crazy is Blizzard has been around for awhile and has had many issues like this before and it continues. They are lucky us diehard Diablo fans miss this game and enjoy playing it, but dont get me wrong… Once a new game comes out even remotely close to the same gameplay style… Many will leave. Get your s#@! together or be prepared to lose customers.
This guy hasn’t read the EULA, they don’t care about you.
Then why do we continue to support them?
Because despite the issues, we still like their games.
Because they made 2 good games 20+ years ago and were trying to relive our glory days.

Why does this server thing always happens when I have one or two days off of work. WTF! Yesterday I couldn’t log in but two hours, and this morning I played for 20 minutes before it disconnected!
I doubt the people who made their old games are still with Blizzard.
Look, it’s a great game.
Giving them the benefit of the doubt here, I think they did not expect to sell as much as they did and they may have capacity issues. Still we are far enough out of the initial release that this should not be happening.
The game is very worth it.
couldnt be a maintenance? They said the prev time that they will close the servers for a maintenance, for 30m.
I don’t know the tech, but I know enough about initial releases of MMOs that when there are too many players, the servers go done.
Typically that happens when the popularity of a title has been underestimated.
Could that be the case here?

They don’t, I’m waiting on a Hellgate: London remaster. Those are the people that made this game.
No benefit of the doubt man, yes its just a game to us but to them this is the product they sell. Its like working for a car company and to the customer its just a car but to them that all they sell. The game is worth it but they need to manage their business better.

If thats the case, its been WELL over 30 minutes and things like this should be taken care of 3rd shift or when people rarely are using the game. Which I guess could be the morning like now but still, maybe earlier?
