Why is it almost every day & especially every weekend the servers are down? How long has this game been out now? over a month. Y’all still cant fix the issue?

im on pc server no down on here cause i have a 200 queue that moved 3 in 30mins. like this every morning;.

ive been down for days chatting with nintendo and trying with blizzard tech but no one can give me answers. cant connect to servers at all. ive got 2 consoles and 2 different blizzard accounts and nothing.

this us an outrage! to pay 40$ for a game that CANNOT be played! I work for a whole week and want to relax and just play the game, and it’s not possible. This is a thing that should NEVER happen in 21st century, especially with a company this big. I am really thinking of refunding the game
I cannot play either. Game crashes when entering queue. I rebooted, same. Just uninstalled and reinstalled and same. Cannot play online or offline.
