Update: Disregard, it was an issue on Blizzards end.
Question: Do you remember if i delete the battlenet launcher whether it uninstalls all games? or not

Didn’t think so, but didn’t want to wait a huge amount of time to redownload everything
Once the app is reinstalled, it will automatically recognize the game clients already installed on the system, probably run some sort of integrity check of the game files, and will allow play of them once your battlenet credentials are validated.

I just tried logging in myself, same issue.
The issue was on Blizzards end and appears to have been resolved.
This issue is up again.

I just tried signing into the Battle.net app and had no issues.
They are currently within a live maintenance window.
“We’ll be performing a live maintenance for all games on Thursday, November 16th from 8:00 AM (PST) to 10:00 AM (PST). During this time, players may experience login failures or disconnects during the maintenance window.”
