Server problem for PS4?

I cannot create or join an online match. It keeps showing a message about error in communication with the server or to check my internet connection (which is perfect). I’m playing on a PS4. Anyone else with this problem?

Same here, can’t create a bnet game right now. Sounds like a server issue.

Seems to be servers down? Hopefully this resolves my character still in game on server issue

It’s a server issue. PC is also having problems connecting. Devs are aware of the problem.

i’m on the ps5 and i’m having the same issues so i came here to see whats going on. i bought this game for ps5 and pc but i cant get a damn GPU to finish my pc so i decided to get for ps5 to at least play the damn thing and i cant.

at this point i’m kinda thinking about a refund tbh. every god damn blizzard launch is a disaster. you would think they would know better by now.

also the UI/the way they have creating and joing games on consoles is kinda dumb compared to how it is on pc.

why now just make it so we can see a list of games that are up and you can serch them by keywords or filters.

atm u just hit the join button and hope to get connected its kind of dumb.

i played for like two seconds. quit to rename my character, character got locked and stuck in the server now i cant log back in with any other character. this is fing bull.

im having problems on both console and pc after they took the servers down and put them back up… on pc its telling me error creating game but when i try to create again it says the game is already created than when i try to join it it just keeps saying error trying to join…

on console it says either creating game or joining game than gives me a black screen with music…eventually the music stops and just stays at a black screen…its been doing this since they brought the servers back up
