I am getting same, starts to connect shows no characters then says cannot connect to server

Same, happened just as I logged on a few min ago

Glad to know I’m not alone I guess. Initial connection dumps me to Offline tab. When I try to click Online tab, it attempts to connect a few moments then I get a “Failed to authenticate” message.

As I recall, they are supposed to be rolling out tests for their new server changes this week… So this is likely part of that.

I can never log into this game. Always cannot connect to server or cannot authenticate. Like jesus Fing C**!

The eu servers work for me, but the us can’t connect.

same here, literally can´t play

I got in and my characters were all dropped back several levels. Made me grumpy so I left and started playing a different game till they get these issues fixed. Waste time leveling and getting good gear for nothing!
