Server disconnected me from game but did not exit my player from the game. My hardcore character died. This is the THIRD time this has happened. I’ve recorded the issue this time, showing that my internet connection was stable the entire time. I would like my character restored, as this is the THIRD 90+ character I’ve lost due to the game not properly exiting my character from the game. I’ve put so much time and effort into each character that has died in this manner. It’s simply unacceptable, and I need something to be done this time. Please let me know where I can upload my video showing you exactly what happened, and how we can restore the character or items lost due to the instability of the game and inability to properly exit characters from the game when it crashes or I lose server connection.
THIS JUST HAPPENED TO ME. I was playing just fine and the game kicked me off the server and put me in queue. Every time I came back no characters were showing. I closed the game and the battle.net app updates my game and I can get back on… my HC character dead. This needs fixed ASAP too many characters lost this way. Who is gonna play HC anymore or the game at that???
I’m getting a refund because hardcore is the only mode i play and it’s clearly Fd. If you can die at any moment then what’s the point? When you lose Enigma, Grief, Beast, +many other incredible items over and over again it’s time to give up and get your money back.

If the game still doesn’t work in hardcore mode then it shouldn’t be too late.
