Secret Patch notes?

Soo, let’s Decypher?

I cannot link the picture sadly, but at the end of the patch notes, there a image.

On the image, there is some text written…

According to Mr lLama, if you put this into a decypher with the password “RESSURECTED” it says: “So Many Gems What Do These Orange Numbers Mean”
-FactChecked this to make sure.

Also states on the patch notes:

P.S.
We were flipping through the old Diablo II manual and found this confounding inscription. . .what does it all mean?

So… What does this mean?
Stackable gems / runes? Lootfilter?
Or maybe, just a reference to the orange numbers that can appear in chat, when clicking the chat-gem forever?
Last one would actually make sense to the reference of “The old Diablo II manual” - But i rather see stackable gems and runes!
Also, why would they make a puzzle for this? Why now? I don’t think they have any intend to actually explain the chat-gem, which could be the only reason i can think of.

There is some other stuff to look for that i’ve seen so far, feel free to add stuff in comments if u spot anything.

Ring with the inscription: “Required level 29”
Ressurected coin.
Pouch (Stackable gems?)
Keys & Lock

Come with your best theories ^^

I’d guess legendary gems that you can level similar to D3.

“So many gems” and “what do these orange numbers mean”

So they are adding many “legendary” gems and the “orange numbers” refers to the level of the gem.

They put the chat gem with a key under it. The chat gem is the key to unlock it

What kind of bookmark is that?

I think it’s a subliminal way of making us want to buy Blizzard merch.

The more we ponder the cryptic message… The more we secretly yearn to have that exorbitantly priced Diablo bust.

But the keys are right next to the summon iron golem skill hmmmm🤔

Can we even summon an iron gem from in game keys?

please do the honors sir.

A gem past perfect perhaps?

AH. I Got it!

You take 1 of each perfect gem to create a legendary gem, then you can combine 2 legendary gems of the same kind to increase their level.

I think it must mean stackable gems, and the orange numbers are the number of gems you currently have stacked.

There’s an abacus in the upper left.

Counting… “So many gems”… “Orange numbers” A pouch…

I just keep thinking of a shared gem stash, which would be nice. It’d be nice if it stored runes as well, but if not, I’d still take it. It’s very easy to fill a tab or two with nothing but various grades of gems for the various cube recipes.

Upgradable gems would mean.

Topaz-Better MF all around
Diamond-Better resists
Etc

When I’m poor I might be able to make a 2 legendary ruby 1 legendary sapphire 1 legendary topaz armor for my sorc.

It would have high HP Good mana with MF.

A great mid tier item

there are some canopic jars there too…used to store the “essence” of those who were mummified in the ancient Egypt

There are some numbers stamped onto the keys. Anything relevant? 2-2-something?

If it has anything to do with orange numbers from clicking chatgem, here are some numbers gathered:

041370101 046211011 103370101 242030605 246683106 295680102 350630907 394212601 626830811 509792006 582300619 345441309 545680506 415133601 540230307

Looks like matrix code to me. As Cypher said, “All I see is blonde, brunette, redhead”

From Reddit 1 year ago:

I used morse code and spelled diablo when mine triggered 176370101

This is what some guy wrote on Reddit 1 year ago. How would he get the word Diablo from morse code?

Seems they are reference to page number, line, and word in the Diablo II manual?

GingerGamer had a live stream working on deciphering it.
