What do mean by 1-11 well cant get any + skill ups to eany skill that is higher then 11. you get skills like firebolt ice bolt or teeth even level 6 abilities not higher

yah why not anni is like level70 and gives 8% + not the same

Items with random OSkills can be realy fun when it comes to new builds and a nightmare to make them not game breaking. But i like the idea, more builds more fun.
