Nah. Run a variety of uniques, Superuniques and bosses… Spread your coverage.
Keep in mind, games have a knack for knowing what you want, and force you to take the more difficult path without it… Murphy’s Law. Bread with peanutbutter that falls from counter typically lands PB side down, unless it has a good spin. Good ole RNG.

If I was looking for IK Armor, Thresh Sockett isn’t bad but I’d think Pindleskin or TC87 areas would yield far better results since MF is all about generating lots of loot opportunities. Terror Zones make this incredibly easy by making every Monster inside of it your level +2(up to 96), Champions +4(up to 98) and Uniques +5(up to 99). So if you’re at least level 86, Terror Zones all but ensure Sacred Armor being among the drop pool.
If something hasn’t dropped, it’s all about RNG and when you’re looking for a specific item, it becomes that much harder.
