I was hoping that you guys could bring the rune words from Previous seasons to non ladder. I would like to make a Mosaic assassin. Thanks and have a good day.
Unfortunately it appears they will not be doing any changes this season, including unlocking any current ladder-only runewords for non-ladder.
D2:R is on the back burner of priority. Best case scenario, maybe next ladder season. And if not next ladder season, maybe the ladder season after that… And so on up to the worst case scenario, which is never.

Yeah that’s a bummer it’s on the back burner I was just getting my hopes up.
I was under the impression that blizz stated that at the end of the ladder season not only did old ladder chars and their gear move to NL status but that the current ladder runewords would become available to non-ladder???
However, on the Arreat Summit [ the website created by a blizz employee, maintained by a blizz employee, and approved by that employees boss] it clearly states that one of the perks of playing ladder was there were somethings that were exclusively ladder:
- some cube recipes
- some runewords
- some items that can only be found on ladder
etc …
It’s all there in black and white. Maybe some of the current ladder runewords are Ladder Only?
You can buy it on non-ladder (obviously) or you can play a ladder and make 2. Honestly the build is so broken you don’t even need to have good skills on the claws to demolish everything the game has to offer. The runes are not hard to come by.
Yeah I watched a video on youtube of how broke they are it was crazy. So again just to make sure if I can get the items nonladder I can play I just can’t make the runewords right?
The ones on non-ladder work. Yes.
You cannot make Mosaic runeword for Non-ladder character yet but you can still trade it via Traderie although it’s going to cost a lot of Jah runes to trade for dual Mosaic Greater Talons/Runic Talons.
There are so many mosaic you can currently trade on non ladder otherwise in a week they will get another flooding of mosaics. Just play the ladder and go make your own, most enjoyable that way.
It would be nice if there was follow through and Blizzard actually did what they said they would 
Didn’t they do this with the first round of new runewords, but nothing since?

the rule are runeword season, will pass on to non-season if the new season have new RW. unfortunetly no new RW till now + not even a single dev patch note. only reset button. so… yeah it will not pass on non season. in a long time

the rule has numerous definitions …
as a rule, blizz never said a single time whether or not newer runewords were designated for ladder-only or if they would all be available to make on NL.
As, such you can only speculate as to what you think it is or should be …
they have, in the past, after a lot of bellyaching, allowed more of the designated “ladder only” runewords to be available to be made on NL.
But, the rule still stands.
