Bought Wand, added runes “Dol + Io”, and it does not work like runeword. Why ?
Is the wand Normal(aka White if unsocketed or grey due to being socketed) or Magical(Blue)? Runewords only work on socketed Normal items and not Magical, Rare, Set or Unique(even if they are the right base with the needed number of Sockets).
