though i am not a fan of more runewords, i do like the idea of Mosaic
but it little modification
the 25% feels too low, i get it dual wielding them gives u 50% ( from what i understand thats how its calculated)
would be better if it was in a random range like 35-40 or something like that, would love having it to be a total of 100% and never loose my charges but that might just be over kill
What i would have liked more if you have to add new stuff, it would be a new Set item set, a high lvl set, example
armor+helm+belt
or
ring+boots+gloves+amu
armor+boots+gloves+helm
we already have tons of runewords, but we don’t have that many sets that have any good place in later end games
