Rough guage of rune values for the newbies

All prices are subject to market availability and fluctuation of prices, use this at your own risk, it’s based on my own experience after carrying out numerous trades online recently.

lem = 0.0625
pul = 0.125
um = 0.25
mal = 0.5
ist = 1
gul = 1.5
vex = 3
ohm = 6
lo = 12
sur = 12
ber = 24
jah = 18-21 (often Lo/Sur ohm vex, lucky price = Lo/Sur ohm and below)
cham = 2
Zod = 5

Yeah this looks legit… it’ll be worse in a couple weeks though.

these are fairly on point, however, plenty of people in game (mainly casuals) don’t follow these and still try and over charge lol.

usually gotta go to discord or other sites where people know the game better

yeah that’s pretty normal cuz I do it too, everyone wants to earn a bit out of their trade for e.g. a vex could be a istx4

There is no market, all those replies are left by people who are on sites like D2jsp and the like.

The value of anything is decided between the people trading and no one else there isn’t even a general guideline or baseline you can begin or end at.

D2JSP and others sites don’t have the authority to set pricing.

jokes on you, i traded all of my HRs for sojs for the long game

please add the SoJ price to the list. Should be at about 10 Ist?

Anni about 2 sojs about 20 Ist

Why is IST the gauge anyway? Ironically I have like 20-30 ist worth of runes by your list but have never actually had an ist drop.

lol I’m not sure why either but that is the case. Everyone uses ists as a 1unit thingy value to buy other runes… so it’s pretty common to see people offering 2x ists for ber or jah.

Because it is used in staples like Call to Arms (CTA), Chains of Armor (CoH), Delirium, Exile, and Infinity. All that get used a lot and all require Ist rune to build. Plus a couple other Runewords.

you forgot to mention that socketed ist runes give MF. A stat many folks care about. 6 socket PB with 6 Ist. Or 4 Ist Monarchs.

Also it can drop from Hellforge quest and countess. So it’s very common.

No one want ist as a trade value go with Ohm not Ist. Stop tring make ist the money in d2r

AnyunderGul=Who cares Ist .10 -.12 and pul .01 so that 10 to 12 pul = ist
Gul = .25
vex=.50
Ohm=1
Lo=2
sur=2
ber=4
Jah=3.5-3.7
Cham= .50
Zod=1 for it getting close to ohm now
So easy I dont want mules full of ist use as a trade money it stupid. Ohm better go with I dont want 24 ist for my ber. just that simple but wouldnt mind 4 ohms…

So are dimes I dont want a bunch dimes of I want a dollar go with ohm

I dont use ist sorry for a value of items stop saying that for it is not.

What’s wrong with making ist as a value of $1 lol. As long as the quantity that you’re trading in is correct, who cares, most importantly don’t get scammed or rather willingly lowballed while trading with an experienced dude that’s all.

how are you valuing ist lower than 1/2 a gul and pul lower than 1/8 an ist?

For Ist are not worth much and to many of them got duped when people looking for MF not many players need mf any more so they are worthless. You only need one MF toon on your account that it not every toon will have mf that you make. For runes don’t drop more with higher MF so why make a MF rune the base 1$. it not even a high rune it worthless. HR starts with vex.

you didn’t read earlier posts? They are also used in many staple runewords, infinity, CTA, Exile, bla bla… so it’s not exactly worthless…

technically high rune starts with Mal according to blizzard

12 puls make a ist 2 ist makes Gul I did .10-.12 for ist what you can get for so 10-12 ist for ohm and 10-12 pul for ist. that just low and high value Imo of traders and that how it is.
