Briefly as per title, controller cursor doesn’t appear in D2R properly without an annoying alt-tab workaround. This is because you’re forced to engage the touchscreen to advance through the title cutscene and intro videos, and I suspect this messes up the engine somehow such that the controller cursor then disappears.
So really there are two issues here that need to be fixed:
- D2R needs to detect the controller on the ROG Ally/Ally X on start-up so you don’t have to use the touchscreen to get to the menu.
- Just make the game display the controller cursor properly as soon as the game detects a controller is connected.
