HOTO is for staffs and maces. Most runewords must be put in specific base groups, you should look them up before wasting runes in the future.

One would say you should probably learn to play the game before you lambaste someone for your own mistake. A quick google would have shown you that CS cant make a Hoto. Congrats on outing yourself as the most daft player of a 20 year old game with all the answers already posted on a million other sites you could have easily googled. With all due respect please do not have any offspring, as the world does not need any more people like you.
