Respec D2 Old character

Hello, i have a question about respec: does it work for offline and online? Also, how it works for very old characters?

Mine are from before the respec thing was implemented and the npc doesn’t offer the option to respec :confused:

Will this also affect this characters for future quests (not all are in hell difficulty)? And will the drops to make your own respec will drop?

Obtain token of absolution.

Characters created prior to 1.13 who already completed the “Den of Evil” quest prior to the patch are given one free respec on Hell difficulty. Otherwise you must obtain the Token of Absolution.
