Remove Trading And Improve Drop Rates

Seriously, they got it right with D3. Trading (and dropping items to ground) brings nothing but troubles: Bots, RMT, “Trading Currencies” that people trade for $15 Steam/ Amazon giftcards because they can’t get a job, etc.

Remove it altogether, legit fair players rarely use it in-game and improve our drop rates please. Keep that old dated crap in D2: LoD.

Not to mention Drop Rates NEVER adapted to 4 months seasons.

Please dear Blizzard stop punishing legit fair players and thank you!!!

Roll your eyes all you want, facts don’t care about feelings. Remind me ratio of sales D2: LoD + Resurrected combined versus Diablo 3?

Also, try to proof me wrong. Proof me that trading is not exploited so much that it only punishes legit fair players for once.

Oh jfc a new sekscalibure wannabe…just go play d3 chump

Try to proof you wrong?

Diablo 3 came out when digital gaming was more a thing, and getting copies was easier when Diablo 2 was about buying the game in stores.

Diablo 3 also had a higher budget than D2R since it was an entirely new game, and thus had a lot more marketing, and playing it is super boring because you play for… a week at most, have all the best items, and then there’s no real challenge.

If you want that casual experience, you can just play D3, or you can play a modded D2:LoD with loads of changes you’d probably enjoy. You don’t want to hear that, though, do you? You tell people to just go play LoD, but have the same reason we reject that concept; the graphics. I mean, some of us do. I went back to LoD, but I’d much rather play the game on modern graphics.

First off. Tell me you have no money without telling me you have no money… becsuse thats really the issue right?

Second. How about you just play the game your way and let us play the way we like to. This is D2 not D3. We like our D2. You always have D3 to go back to. Dont like it then dont play it. Dont ruin someone elses experience simply because youre broke and projecting or the meta isnt how you “feel” it should be. Facts dont care about your feelings either.

Sweet this topic going very well so far, people admitting to RMT saying I have no money whatever but no one logically proofed me wrong.

Hopefully soon, dear Blizzard? Time to stop punishing legit fair players!
D2: LoD is for the non-lifers and is not going anywhere.

I didn’t say anything about you not having money, and you still haven’t addressed my points.

D2:LoD PD2, Median XL, etc, and Diablo 3 are for you, casuals. Practice what you preach and stop being annoying and spamming the same points over and over when only like two people agree with you here.

Then go to D3.
Believe me you’ll be a lot happier there, no need to think on how to make a build, no need to grind unless you want those bloody gems upped but you could always go spend time in D3 forum telling everyone the majority want the gems to up themselves while you stand afk in the game (or is that to hard work?)

Isn’t it his alt by any chance?

Still zero logical counter argument that I am right (if any counter-argument).

Go back to D2: LoD. D2R is for us, you think it was remade for “purists”? Player retention shows it is doing poorly mainly because of drop rates and exploits.

As someone who plays d2r mostly just to find good bases and materials to trade, you’d eliminate a decent chunk of the playerbase and you’d annoy another chunk who rely on traders to make their own gear.

Why are there so many people who want to restrict the game in a way that only permits their desired playstyle?

I can’t see how it’d be good for the game. What would be the end result? You just end up playing with a bunch of people who all stack as much MF as they can, all run the same maps and argue over who gets the drop? Diversity is good.

You seem to know ALOT about RMT BOTTING AND AMAZON GIFT CARDS… :face_with_peeking_eye:

I literally countered your arguments. You not addressing what I said only proves that.

Also, nothing you said you have proved. Some of them aren’t even provable as they’re requests, and haven’t been fulfilled.

What proof do you have, currently, that this game is for you, casuals? No increased drop rates, no ploot, no /players x command… what has been added to show they made it for you? If anything, the opposite is true; this game wasn’t made to be a massive money-maker, it wasn’t meant to bring in large crowds of new players. If it were, it would have had a much larger budget, and would have been marketed as a remake instead of a remaster.

Because they are bad and want the game to be ruined for everyone since they don’t like it.

Removal of Immunities and Terror Zones (that give better drops and exp btw)? Also, simple logic.

You are talking about D3, I do not care to talk about other games. I only used it as an example of getting something right.

Still zero logical counter-argument against my topic.

We will see in the future anyways, every season new changes.

So that’s why we want it to be fair for legit fair players eh? Because we’re bad? Can’t be bad when we want to find our items now can we lad?! RMT and “trading currencies” hoarders hate us!

ther is not many. its the same handfull of people who make the same threads over and over agian.

Removal of immunities was a half-hearted attempt to “nerf” hammerdins by making others capable of clearing the TZs on the same level. They had no intention of adding them until people cried that hammerdins were too good.

TZs were meant to be an extra challenge. Sure, they screwed things up by adding massively increased experience gain, but nothing there suggests it was supposed to be for casual players.

I’m what you call a “legit” player and I don’t need these garbage changes. You want them because you are bad at farming and don’t have an Enigma in 10 days.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight… I mean you might convince yourself of that someday!

It’s clear what they are dude. Also, more changes next seasons. We will see.

Sure you are love, sure you are.

Still zero logical counter-argument by the way, only insults.

If this were for casuals, then things like ploot, higher drop rates, etc. would have already been added.

Nothing you’ve said has been proven, so there’s nothing to disprove. You’re just an obnoxious troll that keeps posting the same things over and over.

Counter this point: go play a modded LoD with all of these changes then if you want them so much. You tell others to go play LoD, so I’ll just default to doing the same.
