It’s a scary situation. All we can do is hope that a sane resolution comes out of this mess. War is a loss for everyone that is involved.

I have a fellow D2R and D2 player friend from Poland that is scared witless about the carnage and thousands upon thousands of people fleeing Ukraine daily now.
I pray for all these suffering people and hopefully Putin will be taken down by Russian Gov’t.

WW3 doesn’t have to be a nuclear war. The reason is simply because it means the world is at war. So any situation where most of the world is at war with someone is all that is needed for it to be declared WW3. Instead if it needing to be nuclear war. That is by definition, so a conventional war between the majority of countries in the world similar to WW1 and WW2 would be sufficient to call it WW3.
I do hope for the best for all other countries involved outside of Ukraine. Now Russian leaders, primarily Putin will no doubt become the most hated people in the world. Along with anyone that truly supports those leaders. I do hope that one day Putin and the rest of those leaders will be held accountable for their crimes.
As far as other countries goes though I cannot say what will happen going forward. Only time will tell what truly happens from here on out.
