The fact you have bottlenecked players from playing the game with obscene wait times and queues is a literal joke for a company of your size.
The Servers worked 20 years ago without this. It can work now.
It’s not rocket science to add server infrastructure and better coding.
Right now this queue system is unacceptable considering the game will crash at some point and throw you right back into a queue. That’s just a fact of life.
Remove the Queue. Immediately.
