While we don’t have a lot of details on the next Nintendo system, we do know it’s fully compatible with existing Switch games and we know that it will have newer hardware (pretty much a given), so when it comes out, please remove the 4-player limit on the Switch version.
Also, while you’re add it, add cross play and also enable text chat on all consoles.
I highly doubt this fraud product of a game will come to that system if Nintendo ever announces that system, the regular Nintendo switch seems to be doing fine And they’re gonna milk it Sense
Wii Wii U 3ds were flops
The Switch Successor has already been revealed to be fully compatible with existing games. They don’t need to do a special release, it can already be played on it upon its launch.
I have seen nothing revealed from Nintendo. Just talk of what is possibly going to come from friends i’m not a Internet slave creature like 90% of people, as for this game blizzard needs to remove the fraudulent 30 day DRM and make physical copies of this game without forced Internet requirements for single player on councils or the game needs to be free with a monthly subscription fee. But blizzard betrayed me for the last time and I’ll never buy their fraudulent products again.
Backwards compatibilty was officially confirmed by Nintendo. It was in their interest to avoid a drop in game sales prior to the new console’s release.
Other aspects of the console have been indirectly confirmed from manufacturers releasing photos of their products (like cases and such) which have the new console in the photos.
They will most likely fully reveal it after the holidays, so as not to cannnibalize holiday sales of the current system and games. Many reputable outlets are predicting a January announcement.
This is known as the “Osborne effect” wherein a company announces a new product too early, killing sales of the original product and sinking the company (though Nintendo wouldn’t likely be sunk, just see a drop in sales lol)
This effect is named for the Osborne computer company in the late 70s, releasing their “portable” (well, luggable) computer, and then prematurely announcing their successor product just a few months later which was obviously going to be better- so people stopped buying the first product in anticipation of the second. This killed the sales of their first product which they needed in order to be able to release the second product.
They should rework the players setting on switch to make up for the lack of players. Something like
1 player = Players 1
2 players = players 3
3 players = players 5
4 players = players 7
