I always thought that they should be in D2R

But they should be like Shiny Pokémon’s

Would love 1.08 arreats, vamp gaze, valks, HLs to be in rotation with their 1.09+ variants too, easy add that would add some excitement to item finding. Also would be awesome if rare boots reverted back to 1.08 too, it would only improve itemization and allow players to find boots that actually have strong value…

let’s go back to 1.06. Split LoD and classic and make improvements to both modes separately.
