Hi,
I am one of the players, that started with D1, moved soon to D2, played years and years, then was very disappointed in D3 (which got better after some while). But until then, I was pupil, student or in time-off between that.
Now, I am father and work normal hours, I got very few timeslots to play and all of these timeslots are argued and rare. I will not spend them waiting for a game to load nor definitly a game that crashes.
From that point of view, I started yesterday to check how a refund is done and what happens afterwards. My fingers were quicker than I wanted and the refund was done with less clicks than expected. After consultation with support, I got informed, that my characters are not touched by this refund, but will be tight to my account and remain saved until I buy it again. Is that correct? And as support stated, without time limit?
Because I will not buy another unfinished and unbalanced game. Blizzard fooled me once with D3 and again with D2R, the only language a company understands is money. And if Blizzard is not able to fix the issues at all, I will not buy it again. I hope for the best, but if it takes a year, are my characters still there?
