“Diablo Queue, Reconnected”

you’re not buying an online game
you’re buying a single player game with the option to play online
 deal with it.
i had to wait an hour in que, when u wake up turn on your computer, go start the que and then go eat breakfast, shower do your morning routine, and then when your done u should be able to get in.

saying “this game isn’t playable” is completely bull.
is it stable? no
is it ideal? no

but its most certainly “playable”.
if you have spent more than 10 hours playing it
 you got your money’s worth.

im not defending blizzard at all here, but im tired of u people calling for “refund” after u have already received and played the product.

u don’t get a “refund” after u played the damn thing for a month, jesus chist people grow up.

It is normal to receive a refund after receiving and using a product in most industries if the product is confirmed to be faulty and unusable. This is called customer service.

For someone who only has 1 or 2 hours at a time to play, what you and other people are explaining about the queue renders the game unplayable for those customers.

Real simple stuff.

so because YOU don’t have free time the game is unplayable? Got it

Here on planet Earth though, that’s called a “you problem”

Unplayable, except for 100% playable single player.

lol

I only have 10-15 minute ques on weekends. Otherwise I’m always in in a minute or two. Game is single player w the option to play online as it’s been explained many times before. Stop whining and/or move on to another game. These threads are just tiresome and redundant at this point.

shills out in full force today, blue text nut huggers.

I’ve been sitting in a queue this entire weekend. games dead to me gg. I will follow the steps online.

sucks to be you i guess, I queued up at 300+ at 9 am eastern on saturday and was in game doing mf runs within 40 mins. The queues do indeed suck, we should not be facing these issues at all and I believe anyone who wants a refund due to the current state of the game should be entitled to one, but calling the game “unplayable” just isn’t true

The only people left in this community are those who are willfully unaware of how they are being treated as consumers. That is how a company like Blizzard is allowed to scam unsuspecting customers.

Reason is not just the games, it’s actually the community who constantly blame each other for ‘having issues’ instead of calling out the 72 billion dollar corporation that should be held accountable for providing a quality product and service.

The product is perfect for me. Never any queues when I play, no crashes, no bugs, etc.

Honestly you should stop projecting your personal issues onto the rest of the player base mate.

THIS. Blizzard is the only people at fault here. They have 20+ years of data to know how people play this game. THEY ARE FULLY AWARE how people like to play. farm, create games quickly etc. This is not an excuse.

Blizzard is at fault for their crappy product. The online game is nearly unplayable at certain hours of the day.

You can try and get a refund through Blizzard if they say no you do have some options if you paid via paypal you can try to go through them I’ve seen some people say they’ve had paypal refund them.

You can also do a chargeback with your bank if you want to go that route tho people say your entire battle.net account will be banned if you issue a chargeback.

If they deny you, you can appeal or do a chargeback through your credit card company or submit a case via PayPal if you used that.

I was able to get a refund. If Blizzard has the capability to fix this broken game I will be back. Otherwise, GL HF

Except it’s not unusable and works fine in single player.

You read the ToS, and realize YOU CAN’T. “NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL CONTENT” is what you agreed to.
