I’ve checked with all uniques that the reduced damage % has disappeared and has just been replaced by simple reduced damage which made them useless.
Is it a bug or just a joke? Because it kinda broke the game.
I believe Blizzard said something about tooltip updates few patches back. You’re need to look that up.
